AI clone for enterprise teams that need consent, control and a clear contract
IdClone Enterprise is the AI clone for enterprise organizations that produce training, sales and internal video at scale and need every clone to pass a security and legal review. It includes 20 verified clones, 300 avatar video minutes and 700 voice clone minutes a month, 50 seats, single sign-on with SAML, SCIM provisioning, a 99.9 percent uptime SLA, an annual invoice, a data processing agreement, audit log export and priority support. The price is published and the signup is self-serve, with no sales calls and no demo calls.
Enterprise price and what it includes
Enterprise costs $1,499 a month, or $749 a month billed yearly ($8,988 a year), which saves 50 percent. Everything on Business is included, and the limits grow to fit a larger organization.
Translated versions count their length against video minutes, and API renders draw from the same pool.
20 personal clones (video and voice), each with its own consent record
300 avatar video minutes and 700 voice clone minutes every month
30+ languages with your own voice and lip sync, export in 1080p and 4K
50 seats with owner, editor and reviewer roles, plus approvals before publishing
Client workspaces, brand kit, pronunciation dictionary, consent record export
API access with higher rate limits, drawing from plan minutes
SSO (SAML), SCIM, 99.9 percent uptime SLA, annual invoice, DPA, audit log export, priority support
Self-serve signup, no sales calls
You do not need to schedule anything to start. Create your account, choose Enterprise and the billing period, and the workspace opens with the Enterprise limits. The workspace owner then connects your identity provider, turns on SCIM, invites the first presenters to record their clones, and sets up roles. If your procurement process needs documents before purchase, the owner requests them by email from the account, as described below.
Single sign-on and user provisioning
SSO with SAML lets employees sign in with the identity provider your company already uses, and your access policies apply to IdClone like any other business application. SCIM keeps seats in sync, so when someone joins or leaves a team in your directory, their IdClone access follows without manual cleanup. Roles stay inside IdClone: owners manage the workspace and keys, editors write scripts and render, reviewers approve before anything is published.
Answers to the questions a security review usually asks
Who can be cloned. Only a person who records their own training footage and a 60 second voice sample, passes a live selfie check and speaks a one time consent phrase that is matched to that footage. A colleague's clone comes only from their own invite. Public figures and politicians are blocked. The full process is on the consent and safety page.
What we collect. The training video, the voice sample, the selfie check and the spoken consent for each clone, plus the scripts and renders your team creates. No identity documents are uploaded or processed at any point.
How recordings are used. Only to build and run your organization's clones. Recordings never train shared models.
How deletion works. A workspace owner can delete a clone at any time, and its model files are removed. Removing a person through SCIM ends their access.
How use is traced. Each clone has a consent record, and the audit log records who rendered what, with which clone, when and through which API key. On Enterprise you export the audit log for your own records or your security tooling.
How viewers are told. Every export can carry a visible AI-generated label and content credentials metadata, which supports your internal disclosure policy.
What is not allowed. Impersonation, fraud, deception, adult content and anything related to identity documents. The rules are listed on the acceptable use page.
Security documents and the DPA
The DPA, the SLA terms and the answers to your security questionnaire are requested by email. The workspace owner writes to support@idclone.com from the email address of the account, naming the documents needed, and the reply goes to that same address. This keeps documents tied to a verified customer account. The annual invoice is issued for yearly billing, and priority support handles Enterprise requests ahead of the general queue.
How larger organizations use the plan
A typical rollout starts with the people whose faces employees and customers already know: the head of training, two or three senior trainers, a few sales leaders and the founder or CEO, each recording their own clone. L&D teams use the AI training video generator for onboarding and compliance modules in every language the company works in. Sales operations connect the AI avatar API to the CRM for personalized follow-ups. Communications teams publish internal updates presented by leaders who approve the script in the workspace before it renders.
Questions and answers
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. Enterprise is available monthly at $1,499 or yearly at $8,988, which works out to $749 a month. Yearly billing comes with an annual invoice.
Can we try Enterprise features before buying?
The preview is open to everyone and shows the scene plan, duration and minute estimate for a script on a recorded sample. SSO, SCIM and rendering with your own clones start once the plan is active.
Do you need copies of our employees' ID cards?
No. IdClone never asks for, uploads or processes identity documents. Each person proves it is them with a live selfie check and spoken consent matched to their own training footage.
Can we get more than 20 clones or 300 minutes?
Enterprise includes 20 clones, 300 avatar video minutes and 700 voice clone minutes a month. Larger organizations can run separate workspaces on separate plans, for example one per region or business unit.
How do we request the DPA?
The workspace owner emails support@idclone.com from the account email address and names the documents needed. The reply goes back to the same address.
Will anyone call us?
No. There are no sales calls and no demo calls. Support works by email at support@idclone.com, with priority handling for Enterprise.
